Send artwork that can be checked.
Provide a clear logo file and describe its intended placement and colours. Ask for guidance on small lettering, fine lines and the method offered for the chosen material. An on-screen concept is not an approved production proof.
Approve the complete specification.
Confirm the product, colour, size breakdown, quantity, artwork placement and final quotation together. Production timing depends on stock confirmation and artwork approval; ask about the schedule before committing to an event date.
